Process

We provide a flexible service offering with applications being accepted; online, by phone, fax, email or by post.

• Your Loan Consultant will confirm receipt of the application, gather any additional information required and request a Credit and Land Registry search within 24 hours
  
  
• With searches completed you will be provided with a decision in principle and documentation will be sent to the client and yourself
  
  
• Your Loan Consultant will gather all required documentation (valuation, BSQ etc) and submit packaged to the lender for completion. You will be able to monitor progress using online case tracking
  
  
• Loan is completed, the client's cheque is released and commission is paid to introducer upon completion by BACS.
